DFW Permit Radar is a commercial permit intelligence product operated by LogicGrid Ops. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit radar.logicgridops.com, contact us, join a waitlist, request a sample, or purchase access to our digital permit intelligence services.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and role.
- Commercial information, such as plan interest, subscription status, invoice history, support requests, and product usage signals.
- Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from network data.

Payments and billing data
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or other payment providers. We do not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment providers may collect payment method details, billing address, tax information, fraud-prevention signals, and transaction details under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
When a payment is completed, we may receive limited billing information from the payment provider, such as your name, email address, company, order ID, subscription status, amount paid, product purchased, and invoice or receipt metadata.
