Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DFW Permit Radar, a digital commercial permit intelligence product operated by LogicGrid Ops. By accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, requesting a sample, or using our reports, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
DFW Permit Radar provides curated commercial permit signals, public-record research, lead intelligence, summaries, and related digital reports for business development, land, brokerage, construction, and operating teams. The product may include scheduled email briefs, downloadable samples, web content, research notes, and related support.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining access to your email and account credentials, and for all activity under your subscription.
Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
Paid access may be sold as a recurring subscription, one-time report, pilot, or custom commercial arrangement. Prices, billing cadence, included deliverables, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the written order terms presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or another authorized payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, upgrades, and other charges disclosed at checkout.
Delivery and access
Digital access is typically delivered by email, download, account access, or the next scheduled report cycle. Scheduled briefs are generally delivered according to the cadence described on the site or checkout page. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, fraud screening, incorrect contact details, outages, or public-data availability.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Payment processors or merchant-of-record providers may also apply their own refund, chargeback, fraud, tax, and compliance rules.
Permitted use
You may use DFW Permit Radar for internal business evaluation, sales, research, and operational planning. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing database or product from the reports or underlying data.
Data accuracy and no professional advice
DFW Permit Radar relies on public records, third-party data, research workflows, and editorial judgment. We aim for useful and timely intelligence, but data can be incomplete, delayed, misclassified, withdrawn, or changed after publication. The service is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, brokerage, title, zoning, or investment advice. You are responsible for independent verification before making decisions.
Intellectual property
The website, reports, copy, design, research structure, summaries, workflows, and related materials are owned by LogicGrid Ops or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials according to these Terms and your purchased plan.
Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party tools, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics services, and public-record sources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, outages, errors, or terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicGrid Ops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business-interruption damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
